  1. How do I place my order?
    1. To purchase, click on the item and input the quantity using the + and – button.
    2. Click the cart icon and select proceed to checkout.
    3. Fill in your billing address, enter your promo code (if any), review your order, select payment option and click PROCEED TO PAYPAL or PLACE ORDER.
    4. Fill in payment details and click PAY.
    5. A notification will be sent to your email address.
  2. How do I find the product I’m looking for?
    1. You can use our product search at the top of any page. Simply enter either keyword(s) or a product number in the search box.
    2. The results of your search will be displayed on the page, with links to particular products or groups of products.
  3. I can’t remember my password, what should I do?
    1. Click on Lost Password beside the Log In button.
    2. Enter your username or email address and click Reset Password.
    3. A confirmation link will be sent to your registered email address to reset your password.
  4. How do I register for an Account?
    1. Visit ampersand.picturecompany.com.ph
    2. Go to account, click Sign Up; supply all the basic information.
    3. Enter your billing and shipping address where you want your products to be delivered.
    4. Fill in all the needed information and click save.
    5. An email notification will be sent to your email address to confirm your successful registration.
    6. Upon notifying your account, be sure to update your contact information
  5. How do I edit items on my shopping cart?
    1. To delete items on your shopping cart, simply click on the X icon of the product you want to remove.
    2. How can I review my items?
    3. Click on the shopping cart icon and click VIEW CART.
    4. You can also verify all the items and amount and proceed to checkout to pay for the items in the cart.
  6. What are the payment options in your store?
    • PayPal, Bank Deposit and Credit Card only.
  7. Do you keep my credit card details?
    • Your security is important to us. We do not retain your credit card information after your card transaction is completed.
  8. How will I know if my payment was successful or fail?
    • A message will prompt at the end of your online transaction informing you of your successful order placement. An email notification will also be sent to your registered email address once your order has been confirmed.
  9. Can I return an item after 7 days upon receipt?
    • Yes, as long as the item was purchased within the 7 days period. Please kindly fill out the Return/Exchange Form <Link here> and email it toorders@picturecompany.com.ph
  10. Can I still exchange the item I bought within 7 days?
    • Items that falls within the 3 reasons stated on the table below will be granted a full refund or replacement.
      • Return/Exchange – Incorrect/wrong item – Wrong item, design or color delivered
      • Return/Exchange – Missing items/parts – Missing item/part as indicated in the website and/or packaging
      • Exchange/Refund -Website error -The item does not match the website’s specification, description, or image
    • Please kindly fill out the Return/Exchange Form <Link here> and email it to orders@picturecompany.com.ph
    • *Shipment will be shouldered by The Picture Company.
  11. How much is your Shipping Fee?
    • We have a standard fee of P 150, covered in Metro Manila and Provincial.
  12. How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?
    • You may check the amount of your item’s shipping fee in the order summary box which can be seen during the checkout process.
  13. When will I receive my order?
    • After you have successfully placed your order, our customer service team will verify and prepare the item(s) for shipping. You may expect to receive your orders within the following time frame:
      • Metro Manila Area: 1 to 2 working days
      • Provincial Areas: 3 to 5 working days
  14. Can I schedule the delivery of my order?
    • This is currently unavailable because we can not guarantee delivery of your item(s) for a specific time or date.
  15. I have concerns about the items I purchased and other products, how can I reach you?
